1. What is a dispenser?
The dispensing machine is to pre-point a special glue on the top of the PCB to fix the patch components, and then pass the wave soldering after curing. Dispensing machines, also known as gluing machines, dispensing machines, glue machines, etc., are automated machines that control fluids and apply fluid to the surface of the product or inside the product.
2. What is the working principle of the dispenser?
The dispenser presses the compressed air into the syringe or the glue bottle, presses the glue into the feed tube connected to the piston chamber, and uses the pressure to perform the dispensing operation. When the piston is in the upstroke, the piston chamber is filled with glue; when the piston pushes down the dispensing needle, the glue is pressed out of the needle when it is under pressure. The amount of glue that is dripped is determined by the distance under the piston and can be adjusted manually or by programming.
3. What is the structure of the dispenser?
The dispenser consists mainly of a compressed air source, a main compressed air line, a pair of compressed air lines, a glue gun and a timing controller.
